Explore the movements & poses adapted to be easy for the kids and let their imaginations run wild. We introduce kids to Movement, breathing and meditation through exploration of movements & games. We explore the Leopard (Cat pose) The Hyena (Downward dog) and the snake (Cobra pose)
All skill and experience levels welcome.
