We have a league and teams to suit all skills levels. The majority of our junior leagues are Social/ recreational level, meaning beginners are welcome, as well as people that haven’t played in a long time. For players that have never played netball we do offer a learn to play program (Little Diamonds) which may be more suitable.

From ages 7 to 12s you team will play with 7 players on the field. From age 13 you will only need 5 people on the field. You can register as many players as you like and can substitute players at each break in play.

Some leagues will sell out quickly, so you will need to be prepared ahead of time. For some leagues we do offer team deposits. Call (02) 9525-5499 for us to reserve a spot for you today. Yes, we offer individual registration as well and will do our very best to find each player an appropriate team for them to play. If for what ever reason we can not find an individual a team we will offer a full refund.

You can wear normal activewear and runners. The Rec Club will supply your team with a set of the bibs to use each game and game balls. If you want to get into the spirit of things and get team colours, that is fully encouraged, but not a necessity.

The game is 4 x 7 minute quarters, with approx 1 minute half time break.

We have a sensible approach to this. We suggest taking any dangling jewellery off, but we do not enforce it, or check the length of your nails before a game. We are not that kind of comp. Use your common sense when playing and choosing what to wear.

Generally, no. Because it’s a recreational league, most teams show up on the night of play and maybe warm up together. If you and your team want to practice that’s completely a team decision and we can help out with space through our court hire.

In our social divisions it's really a team decision, but mostly players change and alternate their positions. IN our more competitive leagues teams do stick to their positions.

We will get in touch with you to confirm your team spot and which division you have been placed. Its helpful for us to know if your block team is experienced or just a bunch of friends so we can allocate the team into the correct grade. If you are registering as an individual we will contact you as soon as you have been allocated a team, this may take a while so please be patient with us, we are doing our vest best to find every player a team.
