We have some break out spaces for our workshops that are air conditioned, but the centre as a whole doesn't have air conditioning. We use industrial fans with water to cool the place down in summer and have great insulation for the winter months.

Our camps typically start at 9am and finish at 3pm. Please ensure you drop off your child at 9am and pick them up promptly at 3pm.

You can wear normal activewear and runners. The Rec Kids Club will supply all equipment. Bring a refillable drink bottle and snacks.

If you are running late to pick up your child at the end of camp, please call us at 02 9525 5499 as soon as possible. A late fee of $40 will be charged for late pickups without prior notification, with an additional $30 for every 30 minutes thereafter.

More than 5 days notice If you change your mind or want to cancel your reservation 7 Days before your booking, we will offer you an alternative date, a pre registration credit for the next holidays or you can request a full refund. 5 days or less notice (No external incursions booked) If you change your mind or want to cancel your booking within 5 days of your booking we will offer you an alternative date or a pre registration credit to be used before the end of the next holidays but NO refunds will be offered. 5 days or less notice (Incursion days) examples. Magic, Circus, Laser Tag, Screen printing, Robotics etc All our incursions are paid per child up front and we won't be able to get a refund from the operators. Therefore NO credits or refunds will be offered on these days.

Yes. The Rec Club is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children in our care. We have a comprehensive Child Safe Policy that guides how we protect children, respond to concerns, recruit and train our team, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, grooming, exploitation or inappropriate behaviour towards children. All team members working with children are required to meet relevant screening requirements, including holding a valid Working With Children Check where required. Yes. All staff who work with or supervise children are required to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) in accordance with relevant state requirements. We verify these checks as part of our recruitment and compliance processes.
