We have a league to suit all skills levels. The majority of our leagues are Social/ recreational level, meaning beginners are welcome, as well as people that haven’t played in a long time. On the first week of the season for our lower divisions we run a learn to play session. Our Staff will teach you everything you need to know, and even help coach you throughout the season.

Womens & Mens 5 a side and Mixed 6 a side. With Mixed Leagues, maximum of 2 males. Ultimately you decide how many players are on your roster, but we would recommend about 8 to account for subs, and weeks when people can’t make it.

You can wear normal activewear and runners. The Rec Club will supply your team with a set of the bibs to use each game and game balls. If you want to get into the spirit of things and get team colours, that is fully encouraged, but not a necessity. No studs please.

The game is 2 x 13 minute halves, with approx 1 minute half time break.

In our social divisions it's really a team decision, but mostly players change and alternate their positions, if you have a player keen to play Keeper the whole game, then sweet as.
