This league is super social meaning beginners are welcome, as well as people that haven’t played in a long time. We will give everyone a run down on the rules the first week. . Our Staff will teach you everything you need to know, and even help coach you throughout the season.

We need at least 2 females on the court with a total of 5 on the court at anyone time. Ultimately you decide how many players are on your roster, but we would recommend about 6 to account for subs, and weeks when people can’t make it.

You can wear normal activewear and runners. The Rec Club will supply all equipment.

The game is 2 x 14 minute halves, with approx 1 minute half time break.

We have a sensible approach to this. We suggest taking any dangling jewellery off, but we do not enforce it, or check the length of your nails before a game. We are not that kind of comp. Use your common sense when playing and choosing what to wear.
